As promised, we have implemented all freezes on Direct Debit payments for our members, as you can imagine this has been a substantial undertaking and The Hurst Centre team have been working extremely hard.

In normal circumstances, we are required to give our Direct Debit collector 30 days’ notice in which to cancel a Direct Debit. For some of our members, this may mean that we have missed the cut off period for the April DD payment, however, the credit will be received in the subsequent month.

Once a decision has been made on the reopening of the gym all memberships account will be checked and the necessary financial adjustments will be actioned at the end of the freeze period.
